*$100 Cold Hard Cash – will be deposited into your new checking account thirty days after account opening if the following have been met: 1 ACH Credit or 2 mobile deposits or 2 general in-branch deposits and at least 10 debit card purchases have been posted to the account. $100 minimum deposit required to open the account. $100 will appear as interest income on current year 1099-INT statement. No expiration date.

**Coupon may be redeemed one time only by recipient. The person making the referral must have a Midwest Bank checking account.
