Meet Ashlee at Midwest Bank. Ashlee is a Loan Administration Representative and has worked at the Midwest Bank Lincoln branch for just over a year. She grew up in Angora, Nebraska, and graduated from Alliance High School. Following high school graduation, Ashlee attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

Ashlee worked as a bank teller while attending college. And now, in her role at Midwest Bank, she supports the loan officers and helps customers with the loan process. She enjoys working with clients and getting to know each of them and their needs. Building relationships with each client is what makes Midwest Bank so special.

And what else sets Midwest Bank apart from other banks? Ashlee explains, “It’s such a friendly and encouraging environment. I walk into work each day and my coworkers always greet me by name and with a smile. It’s a great place to work.” We also asked her, in the past year, what’s been her highlight or favorite memory so far. Ashlee replied, “Our team celebration when we went bowling and putt-putt golfing. So much fun.” Each branch has its own special culture or traditions, but across all Midwest Bank branches, treating your coworkers and staff like family is a core value that we’re proud of.

The service we provide is of the highest standard. We get to know our clients beyond just a name on the screen. We truly care about our customers and want to help them in any way we can.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys curling up on the couch with a good book, watching episodes of the television show, New Girl, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers. If she could go anywhere on vacation, she’d choose Bora Bora. Her favorite place to visit is Seattle, Washington, and when it comes time to retire, she’d like to retire in the Nebraska Sandhills. And if she could learn to do anything, she’d love to learn how to fly. And her hidden talent? Baking. Looks like we know who’s bringing cookies to work next.

We asked Ashlee to tell us why she thinks people should choose to bank at a community bank. She explains, “The service we provide is of the highest standard. We get to know our clients beyond just a name on the screen. We truly care about our customers and want to help them in any way we can.” It’s that personalized approach that makes Midwest Bank stand out from other banks.”

And if you’re thinking about switching banks, here’s why Ashlee thinks you should choose Midwest Bank. “Our team will work together to help you in any way we can. We’ll help you in the bank when you come to the branch and we make it a priority to help you achieve your goals outside of the bank too.”

When asked to describe Midwest Bank in three words, Ashley said, “Supportive. Dedicated. Genuine.”

And that’s a great note to end on.
