Meet Haley at Midwest Bank. Haley has worked at Midwest Bank for six years and currently, she is the Retail Banking Manager at our Wisner branch. Haley grew up in Danbury, Iowa, and now lives in Wisner.
Haley has always been in a customer service role with Midwest Bank and really enjoys getting to interact each and every day with the clients that come into the branch. In her current role as Retail Banking Manager, she oversees the everyday customer transactions and processes that take place on the front line. She helps clients open new accounts and answers their questions. Every day can be a little different but that’s what makes the job so much fun.
We asked Haley what the best thing is about working at Midwest Bank. She said, “Midwest Bank is very family-oriented in everything we do. Not only for our staff, but we care about our clients and their families. We take an active interest in everyone we work with.” Here at Midwest Bank, we understand and value the importance of family and we’re proud to be a family-owned bank.
In her spare time, Haley loves spending time with her family, her husband Daniel, and their three kids. They also stay busy with their 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. Haley also loves sitting down and reading a good book, riding horses, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers. Haley dreams of one day getting to visit Ireland, and if she could choose anywhere in the world to live, she’d probably pick Montana. And that’s probably why she picked Yellowstone as her favorite television show.
