Meet Dora at Midwest Bank. Dora has been with Midwest Bank for just over a year and works as a Retail Specialist in our Deshler branch. She grew up in Donna, Texas, before finding her way to Deshler, Nebraska.
In her current role, Dora helps clients with their daily banking needs, everything from making deposits, opening new accounts, or answering questions. Dora can help you find the right product or service to help you reach your financial goals.
When she isn’t at work, Dora enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Fred, and their three boys. She loves to go fishing with her boys, cheer on the Denver Broncos, or enjoy a good cheeseburger and fries. If she could go anywhere on a dream vacation, she’d pick Hawaii. But, by far, her favorite place to visit is back home in Texas.
When you come to a community bank, you know you’ll get one-on-one service. We’ll treat you like family and make you feel at ease.
We asked Dora what the best part was about working at Midwest Bank. She told us, “I truly have the best coworkers, and our branch has a really great atmosphere.” And although she’s only been with the bank for a year, she already has a favorite memory. “Our Christmas Party with our coworkers was so much fun.”
Midwest Bank is proud to be a community bank. Dora explains why a community bank is so special. “When you come to a community bank, you know you’ll get one-on-one service. We’ll treat you like family and make you feel at ease.” And that’s what it’s all about at a community bank.
And finally, when asked to share with us three words to describe Midwest Bank, she said,
“Friendly. Supportive. Motivating.”
If you’re looking for a bank that will treat you more like family and less like a transaction, stop by any Midwest Bank branch, and you’ll see that our priority really is building relationships and supporting our communities.
