Juan Sandoval

August 7, 2023 (Norfolk, Nebraska) – Midwest Bank is pleased to announce Juan Sandoval has joined the Midwest Bank team in Norfolk.

Juan is joining the Norfolk team as a Treasury Services/Cash Management Representative. Juan was born in Valencia, Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 1999. Juan has lived in Norfolk for the last 23 years and has 20 years of experience working in Banking and with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) where he helped over 350 businesses.

“Helping small businesses and small business owners is one of my passions since there can be multiple challenges including licensing, obtaining financial support, and promoting and marketing their businesses. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to see these businesses five or ten years later and observe how they have grown and added new employees. I’m here to provide solutions to our clients through different products and services Midwest Bank has to offer and build a lasting relationship with our bank,” said Juan.

Juan has been highly active in the community and involved with many boards and community projects including the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce, Norfolk Area Habitat for Humanity, Norfolk Area United Way, Northeast Community College Foundation, and the University of Nebraska Extension as well as a founder of the NACC’s Hispanic Business Council and the Latino Small Business Conference.
