Treasury Services/Cash Management Representative – Lincoln

A Treasury Services/Cash Management Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively selling the Bank’s depository and cash management services to existing and prospective clients with confidence and knowledgeShows initiative in determining customer’s needs and assisting the customer in finding products would be best suited for them and their financial needs.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Provide exceptional & knowledgeable customer service.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude to effectively communicate with others by phone and in person.
  3. Develop cash management sales proposals and pricing for prospective and existing clients to help further develop and strengthen business relationships.
  4. Focus on business development and business banking activity to enhance bank and personal portfolio.
  5. Partner with Loan Officers in pre-proposal discussions to fully understand client needs.
  6. Actively participate in joint client and prospect calls with Loan Officers.
  7. Open new accounts: Business/Consumer DDA, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRA’s, & HSA’s.
  8. Cross-sell additional products when opening new accounts: Positive Pay, Business Online Banking, ACH Payroll, Remote Deposit Capture, and Business Debit and Credit cards, as well as informing the customer of our other services such as our loan products and financial services.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  1. Complete special projects, as assigned by immediate supervisor.
  2. Attend banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance.
  3. Support front line in retail/deposit department.
  4. Available to work fluctuating hours, including Saturdays, and as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence

Operations Processing Administrator – Norfolk

Operations Processing Administrator will coordinate accurate and efficient processing within the Operations Department. Provide support and problem solving for all branches, employees, and customers.  Provide efficient bank operations for employees and customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Collaborate with Operations Manager, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and other team members with project, processes, and other operational implementations and conversions.
  2. Responds to and/or solves various operational questions and problems.
  3. Ensures compliance to the bank’s policies, legal and government rules and regulations by establishing, monitoring, and maintaining policies and procedures.
  4. Assists with organization-wide standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts to fulfill business objectives. Remains abreast to new product developments and enhancements.
  5. Develops and maintains relationships with industry groups and organizations to keep informed of changes in federal and state banking regulations and ensures that changes are implemented in a timely fashion.
  6. Protects the privacy and confidentiality of customers, other employees, and work. Has access to confidential information relating to customers and accounts, employee information including personal information, compensation, and performance for those employees in the Operation Department, and information about the bank not readily available to the public.
  7. Assist with leading quarterly Retail Manager meetings for all branches.
  8. Develop, implement, and maintain training procedures for Operations Department as needed.

  1. Backup other employees in Operations.
  2. As assigned completes special projects and reports.

Job Specifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or information systems or related field with equivalent experience
  2. At least five years’ experience in financial institution operations, Fiserv Premier experience preferred but not required.
  3. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment.
  4. Familiarity with bank-specific software and general office applications.
  5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain time effectively.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Good at problem solving, reasoning and stress management.
  9. Training of other employees as needed.
  10. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Provide exceptional & knowledgeable customer service.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude to effectively communicate with others by phone and in person.
  3. Open new accounts: DDA, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRA’s, & HSA’s.
  4. Cross-sell additional products when opening new accounts: Online Banking, ATM & Debit cards, Credit Cards, ID Protect Plus, Safety Deposit Box as well as informing the customer of our other services such as our loan products and financial services.

  5. Assist customers with E-Bonds and I-Bonds.
  6. Available to work fluctuating hours, including Saturdays, and as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence
  7. Participate with other bank staff in customer and prospect calls.
