Credit Analyst | Lincoln

Are you detail-driven, curious, and love to analyze financial data? We’re looking for a Credit Analyst to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting sound lending decisions and maintaining the financial strength of our commercial portfolio. If you enjoy diving into financial data, identifying patterns, and helping guide risk-aware decisions, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

While the role involves reviewing financial information and supporting loan decisions, success in this position is rooted in strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. As a Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Use your analytical mindset to assess financial health, identify trends, and spot risks.
  • Communicate your insights clearly—both in writing and in discussion with loan officers and credit leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather information, understand borrower needs, and contribute to balanced credit decisions.
  • Help maintain the integrity of our credit processes through consistent documentation, monitoring, and follow-up.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of banking regulations, credit practices, and compliance standards (or a willingness to learn).

Loan Administrator | Lincoln

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service? We’re looking for a Loan Administrator to join our team in Lincoln and support our loan officers in delivering exceptional financial solutions to our customers!

What You’ll Do:

Assist loan officers by gathering financial information and preparing loan requests.

  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data in Web Equity Manager.
  • Help customers with loan payments, advances, and questions.
  • Ensure loan documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Maintain credit files and assist in compliance with banking procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our lending team.

Personal Banker | Lincoln

Are you an experienced professional in retail banking with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our Lincoln team is seeking a skilled Personal Banker to join our team and play a pivotal role in our deposit portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional & knowledgeable customer service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to effectively communicate with others by phone and in person.
  • Open new accounts: DDA, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRA’s, & HSA’s.
  • Cross-sell additional products when opening new accounts: Online Banking, ATM & Debit cards, Credit Cards, ID Protect Plus, Safety Deposit Box as well as informing the customer of our other services such as our loan products and financial services.
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying cash, issuing receipts, making withdrawals and cashing checks.
  • Performs bank operations and security functions by properly inputting data for account transactions, handling cash drawer and vault transactions, managing cash levels and participation in dual-control functions (night depository, mail deposits and ATM transactions).
  • Available to work fluctuating hours, including Saturdays, and as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence
  • Participate with other bank staff in customer and prospect calls.
  • Attend banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process personal and commercial loan documentation with precision and timeliness.
  • Enter and review loan data in banking systems (Compliance One and Premier).

  • Obtain and manage underwriting documents, credit reports, lien positions, and tax information.
